Our Shipping Policy

We always aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We ship worldwide. If you live in a country that requires special accomodations, please contact us and we’ll do our best to fulfill your needs.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express International to ensure secure, fast delivery. If requested, we will send through the normal Mexican post service either registered post or EMS. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped from our Mexican headquarters located in the southern Mexican town of San Cristobal De Las Casas in the state of Chiapas.
The shipping and handling cost to most locations is $50 for orders under 1kg, all orders over 1kg will be cost adjusted to weight and shipping location and the buyer will be notified of costs.
All Shipping occurs on business days only unless otherwise specified. Please note that a processing period of up to 48 hours may be applied. All orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the next business day. We post all orders usually within one business day of receiving payment. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. If you place an order on Friday afternoon, item will be shipped on the upcoming Monday.
Delivery time from southern Mexico usually takes about 3-5 business days with DHL or 7-20 business days through EMS.
International parcels have to be processed through customs and this may cause a delay at times. We recommend international buyers contact us at time of purchase as to facilitate the best way for the product to pass through their respective customs agencies. We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes, or any other type of fees from the country where the package is being received.
As soon as an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking code for the relevant postal service so they can track their product. Check your e-mail for this code.
